Terms & conditions.. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. All gymnasts must arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of their training session

  2. Gymnasts are not allowed to use equipment in the absence of a supervising coach or without permission

  3. While inside the gymnasium siblings may not play with or on any of the equipment on site as this may cause accidents and/or distracts gymnasts during their training session

  4. Spectators (parents, guardians, siblings,…) must wait in the designated areas. Noise in this area is to be kept to a minimum

  5. Food and drinks are only allowed in the area allocated to spectators. During their break, gymnasts are allowed to eat or drink in the therefor allocated area reserved for our gymnasts

  6. Please ensure if you are not waiting inside the gymnasium with your child when they are training that you arrive back to the gymnasium at least 10 minutes before the end of the lessons in order to be able to collect them. Children are not allowed to leave the gymnasium unaccompanied

  7. Parents/guardians ‘Starters’ level gymnasts (3-4 years old) should be present in the allocated area for the duration of the training session

  8. Should your child be coming to our classes from within the school, it is your responsibility to bring them to the gymnasium

  9. Parents and guardians are not allowed to approach any of our coaches during a training session

INFORMATION FOR THE GYMNAST

  1. Gymnasts must follow the trainer’s instructions at all times

  2. All jewelry must be removed before the start of the class

  3. Hair must be neat and tied back at all times

  4. Gymnasts should not wear shoes or socks

  5. All female gymnasts should wear a leotard. It is allowed to wear a close fitting T-shirt and/or shorts or leggings on top of the leotard

  6. Ballet leotards with an attached skirt or frills are not allowed

  7. All male gymnasts should wear comfortable fitting sports shorts and a close fitting T-shirt

  8. Clothes with buttons or zippers are not allowed

  9. Gymnasts with religious concerns must wear clothing that does not interfere with their safety

  10. When representing the club at an event or competition gymnasts are to wear the club uniform

  11. All gymnasts should provide a water bottle. Snacks are not currently allowed inside the facility

ACCIDENT WAIVER &

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

  1. As a member of Aspire Gymnastics Dubai, I consent to my child participating in all activities and events organized or attended by Aspire Gymnastics Dubai

  2. I have received, read and understood the “Gymnasium Rules and Safety Guidelines” by Aspire Gymnastics Dubai. I will ensure that I explain the “Gymnasium Rules and Safety Guidelines” to my child and all persons accompanying my child to the gymnasium. I also ensure that my child and all persons accompanying my child will obey the “Gymnasium Rules and Safety Guidelines” whilst on the school site

  3. I understand that Aspire Gymnastics Dubai reserves the right to deny access to its facilities if my child is deemed by the management of Aspire Gymnastics Dubai to have failed to comply with the “Gymnasium Rules and Safety Guidelines” and/or instructions given or if it considers that my child is unfit and/or an immediate risk to others

  4. I waive, release, and discharge liability to Aspire Gymnastics Dubai, its employees, volunteers and representatives for personal injury or any accident caused as a result of my child’s negligence or as a result of my child disobeying instructions and/or the “Gymnasium Rules and Safety Guidelines” whilst participating in an activity/event

  5. I certify that my child is physically fit and I know of no physical reason, illness or medical condition to which would preclude my child’s participation in Aspire Gymnastics Dubai classes or events

  6. I fully understand the risks associated with my child participating in the activities of Aspire Gymnastics Dubai, including but not limited to accident, personal injury, injuries unknown and unanticipated, paralysis and death

  7. I hereby declare that I now have and will continue to provide personal health and accident insurance for my child, covering injury treatment in the event an accident happens during an activity/event organized by Aspire Gymnastics Dubai

  8. Should the need arise I hereby give my consent to Aspire Gymnastics Dubai, its employees, volunteers and representatives to provide medical treatment or seek medical help including transportation, which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during participation at an activity/event.

  9. I hereby waive, release, and discharge liability to Aspire Gymnastics Dubai, its employees, volunteers and representatives for personal injury or any accident whether caused by the act, omission, negligence or fault, active or passive, direct or indirect of any of the Aspire Gymnastics Dubai employees, volunteers, and/or representatives, or from any other cause. I hereby also agree not to institute any form of legal proceedings in any jurisdiction against Aspire Gymnastics Dubai

  10. I understand that no responsibility will be accepted by Aspire Gymnastics Dubai for any loss or damage to the property or valuables of my child

  11. I understand that photography and video-photography is not allowed in the gymnasium during normal training sessions, except by Aspire Gymnastics Dubai members of the staff. I understand that if my child enters a competition it is likely there will be photography and/or video-photography taking place and that Aspire Gymnastics Dubai has the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish this material for any purpose (including editorial and advertising).

  12. I understand that the fees I am paying comprise 30% administration and business costs and 70% tuition fee. In line with Aspire Gymnastics Dubai refund policy, upon commencement of tuition should a refund be requested; only the tuition fee will be refundable on a pro-rata basis on the remaining number of lessons in the term. All refunds are awarded at the discretion of the managing director.

  13. I understand that Aspire Gymnastics Dubai run through all UAE announced public holidays within the term dates. Any exceptions to this will be communicated in advance

  14. I understand that Aspire Gymnastics Dubai policy is that a maximum of two (2) catch-up lessons will be offered per child per term upon availability of spaces in other classes. Catchup lessons have to be booked at the latest 48 hours before the start of the class. Absence of a class has to be announced two and a half hours (2.5 hours) at the latest before the beginning of the class. No catch-up classes are allowed for unannounced absence. In the event of long term sickness or injury I will inform Aspire Gymnastics Dubai immediately and provide a valid medical certificate in order to receive a credit note or refund as appropriate

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE

 

These terms and conditions may be changed/updated as per requirements and standards; hence the customers are requested to read the terms and conditions carefully before making any payments through the payment application.

SERVICES PRICING &

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  1. All classes to be paid in full at the time of registration

  2. There is a 100 AED non-refundable yearly registration fee

  3. Children starting in the middle of the term will pay the term fee with a pro-rata reduction of the term fee

  4. Families with 3 or more children registered at Aspire Gymnastics Dubai get a reduction on the term fee

  5. Term fee refunds are only allocated in case of injury or illness and subject to submission of a medical certificate. Refunds occur on a pro-rata basis of the tuition fee only

  6. A maximum of 2 catch-up lessons will be offered per child per term. Any absence has to be announced at least 2.5 hours before the beginning of that class. No catch-up classes are allowed for unannounced absence

  7. Catch-up classes can only be booked by mail, the booking has to be made the latest 48hours before the start of the class and your booking has to be confirmed by mail

  8. If a student is dismissed because of improper conduct or unsafe behavior, the term fees are not refunded

  9. Classes or term fees are not transferrable to other children

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

  1. Refunds of any transaction amount against any invoices through Smart Invoice will be refunded through the original mode of payment, if it is applicable to the above terms and conditions.

  2. I understand that the fees I am paying comprise 30% administration and business costs and 70% tuition fee. In line with Aspire Gymnastics Dubai refund policy, upon commencement of tuition should a refund be requested; only the tuition fee will be refundable on a pro-rata basis on the remaining number of lessons in the term. All refunds are awarded at the discretion of the managing director.

PRIVACY POLICY

  1. The card details will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties

  2. Smart Invoice collects the basic user information such as your name, email address and other basic information, to create the invoices through the application. The information rests safely with us and is not outsourced in any form.

  3. Smart Invoice is highly secured with SSL encryption and guarantee no data leakage.
